Amy Nichole Sapp and Michael Edmond Sole II were united in marriage 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 22, 2011, at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Paden City, with Pastor Jon Sole, uncle of the groom, officiating the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Gary Sapp of Paden City. Her grandparents are Oliver and the late Edith Tackett of Paden City and Leo and the late Marge Sapp of Parkersburg.
Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Gary Michael of Paden City, and the late Michael E. Sole. His grandparents are David and Deloris White of Paden City and Jim and Linda Sole of Sistersville.
Tammy Boone, sister of the bride, was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Tammy Vernacchio and Kristin Immel, friends of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Kelsey Michael, sister of the groom.
The groom’s step-father served as best man. Groomsmen were Justin Spuda and Shawn Connell, friends of the groom. Junior groomsman was Matthew Michael, brother of the groom. Ushers were Brendan Boone, brother-in-law of the bride, and Jon Sole, cousin of the groom.
The flower girl was Alexa Edith Boone, niece of the bride. Ring bearer was Francis Vernacchio, friend of the bride.
A dinner and dance reception was held at the Lewis Wetzel Family Center in New Martinsville.
The bride is a graduate of Paden City High School and West Virginia University. She is employed at corporate headquarters of American Eagle Outfitters in Pittsburgh.
The groom is a graduate of Paden City High School and attended Marietta College. He is employed with Best Buy in Pittsburgh.
After a wedding trip to the Sandals Resort in Jamaica, the couple is residing in Pittsburgh.
