Hundred Resident Wins State Wrestling for North Marion high school

Toby Michael, a three sport athlete from Hundred, WV, who attends North Marion high school won the West Virginia state high school Class 11/111 wrestling championship in the 190 lb weight class on Saturday, March 7, 2026 in Huntington. Michael got the win by working his way through the tournament and

He was the starting quarterback for the Huskies, and led them to a 10-1 record and berth in the 2025 state playoffs. Michael played Jr. High sports at Long Drain school and Varsity ball at Hundred before transferring to North Marion in his sophomore year. He made an immediate impact on the football field for the Huskies and helped lead them to the playoffs the past two seasons. Congratulations to Toby Michael on a job well done, finishing the season with a record of 40-6 and a pin over Louis DIaz of East Fairmont at the 5:16 mark of the championship match.
