Recently while standing in line at the local grocery store, I overheard a conversation between two gentlemen about the recent deer season. One ask the other if he had any luck. The man stated he had hunted hard all week but come up short. Then the other gentleman said he had taken a nice buck. Then the man leaned toward the other man and whispered he had shot the deer after dark with a 22 rifle and a flashlight.

This gentleman is mistaken about what a hunter is. He is not a hunter, but a cheat, a killer, a poacher, but not a hunter. In fact he gives hunters a bad name.
