Patricia Dare Howell

Patricia Dare Howell, age 95, of Clarington, Ohio passed away on Friday March 13, 2026, at her home.

She was born January 27, 1931 in Pine Grove, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Cecil Stackpole and Eva Morgan Stackpole.

Patricia was a retired nurse with Wetzel County Hospital and attended the Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Glenn Snodgrass; her second husband, Robert B. Howell; two brothers, Wallace and Neil Stackpole; a sister, Mary Martha Stackpole; and a son, Cecil Earl Snodgrass.

She is survived by two sons, Edward Glenn Snodgrass Jr. of Clarington, and Ersal Snodgrass of Woodsfield; a daughter, Barbara (Michael) Wiley also of Woodfield; a sister, Janet Goodwin of Paden City, WV; seven grandchildren; a step granddaughter; and six great grandchildren.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
