Bonnie Jo Cunningham Glasscock Tennant

Bonnie Jo Cunningham Glasscock Tennant, 92, of Reader, WV, passed away at home on Saturday March 14, 2026.

She was born April 28, 1933, the daughter of the late Clarence Earldon and Mary Riggs Cunningham.

Bonnie was a Methodist by faith, loved her family and friends dearly. She worked for 14 years at Industrial Rayon Corp as a line worker. She was a caretaker for several people in the area. She loved her travel and visits with her special friends along with her senior citizens and the bus trips with them.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Herman Lee Glasscock and William Oliver Tennant, a granddaughter Betsy Jo Pittman, six brothers, Kenneth Franklin Cunningham, Edward Glen Cunningham, Norman Ralph Cunningham, Clarence Earldon Cunningham Jr., Everett Eugene “Newt” Cunningham and Bernard Neil Cunningham, two sisters, Freda Inez Cunningham and Geneva Irene (Thomas) Artman.

Surviving is a daughter, Mary Jo (Dale) Pittman, a son, Timothy Lee (Julie) Glasscock, three grandchildren, Chad (Danielle) Pittman, Amy Glasscock Hopper and Julie (Aaron) Hindman, seven great grandchildren, Darsey Jo Pittman, Carly Ann Pittman, Wyatt Hopper, Grace Hopper, Jackson Hopper, Kara (Coleman) Ueltschey and Mallory Hindman, a great great granddaughter, Guinevere “Gwennie” Ueltschey. Several in laws, nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2-6 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Palmer Funeral Home, Pine Grove, WV, where the services will be held on Friday at 11 AM. Interment at the Knights of Pythias Cemetery, Hastings, WV. Online condolences may be expressed at palmerfuneral.com.
