William Harold Angus, III, of 828 Johnson Street, New Martinsville, WVa, was indicted by the Wetzel County Grand Jury on a one count felony offense of Child Neglect Creating Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury. The crime is alleged to have occurred on or about June 24, 2022, in Wetzel County. Robert Lee Brown, of 431 North Railroad Avenue, Sistersville, WVa, is charged by the Wetzel County Grand Jury with one felony count of Entry of a building other than a dwelling and one misdemeanor charge of petit larceny. Both crimes are alleged to have been committed on or about December 18, 2021, in Wetzel County.

Laken Alexis Couch, of 916 Fifth Street, New Martinsville, WVa, is charged in a one count felony indictment handed down by the Wetzel County Grand Jury of conspiracy to deliver a controlled narcotic sibstance (Fentanyl). The crime is alleged to have been committed on or about February 22, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Shasta Marie Gray, of 367 Dry Run Road, Sistersville, WVa, was handed down a six count felony indictment charging her with the crimes of Forgery and Uttering. Counts one and two are alleged to have occurred on or about November 2, 2021. Counts three through six are alleged to have occurred on or about November 3, 2021. All are said to have occurred in Wetzel County.

Robert Lee Greathouse, of 120 Deadfall Road Smithfield, WVa, was indicted by the Wetzel County Grand Jury on the felony charge of Wanton Endangerment Involving a Firearm and the misdemeanor charge of Prohibited person inpossession of a firearm. Both crimes are alleged to have occurred on or about March 5, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Natasha Marie Lewis, of 1250 N. State Route 2, New Martinsville, WVa, was handed down a four count felony indictment by the Wetzel County Grand Jury, charging her with two counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (Fentanyl) and (Heroin), plus two counts of thransportation of controlled substances into state. Allfour charges are alleged to have occurred on or about May 7, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Dale Robert McDaniels, II, of 22 North Fork Road, Pine Grove, WVa, is charged by the Wetzel County Grand Jury in a three count indictment with three felony offenses of sexual assault in the first degree. All three offenses are alleged to have occurred between June 1, 2015 and December 31, 2016 in Wetzel County.

Jessica Dawn Myers, of 114 North 6th Ave., Paden City, WVa, was handed down a one count felony indictment by the Wetzel County Grand Jury, charging her with child neglect resulting in death. The crime is alleged to have been committed on or about January 8, 2022 in Wetzel County.

Hiram Franklin Orr, of 409 Stephen Street, Paden City, WVa, is charged by the Wetzel County Grand Jury in a seven count indictment with two felony offenses of burglary, one felony offense of malicious assault, two misdemeanor offenses of violation of a protective order, a misdemeanor offense of domestic battery, and a misdemeanor offense of petit larceny. The crimes are alleged to have been committed on or about August 1, 2021 and August 2, 2021. The malicious assault charge is alleged to have occurred on or about September 22, 2022. All are said to have occurred in Wetzel County.

Denton Franklin Pletcher, Jr., of 2988 Willey Fork Road, Burton, WVa, is charged by the Wetzel County Grand Jury in a two count felony indictment. He is charged with entry of a building other than a dwelling and grand larceny. Both crimes are alleged to have occurred on or about April 20, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Winston James Kristopher Rice, of 769 Market Street, Clarington, Ohio, is charged by the Grand Jury in a two count felony indictment of delivery of a controlled narcotic substance (Fentanyl) and conspiracy to deliver a controlled narcotic substance (Fentanyl). Both crimes are alleged to have occurred on or about February 22, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Antonio E. Rosario-Castillo, of 508 Abbie Drive, New Martinsville, WVa, is charged by the Wetzel County Grand Jury in a 10 count indictment with three felony counts of use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor, four felony counts of soliciting a minor via computer, one felony count of sexual assault in the third degree, and two misdemeanor counts of phohibited person in possession of a firearm. All crimes are alleged to have occurred between November 1, 2022 and November 22, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Sean Christopher Sabo, of 9615 Hornet Highway, Littleton, WVa, is charged by the Wetzel County Grand Jury in a two count felony indictment of Malicious Assault and Grand Larceny. The Malicious Assault charge is alleged to have occurred in Wetzel County on or about October 11, 2022. The Grand Larceny charge is alleged to have occurred on or about April 20, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Richard Lee Sockman, III, of 245 Locust Street, New Martinsville, WVa, is charged by the Wetzel County Grand Jury with a three count indictment. Count one charges him with the felony offense of Burglary. Count two charges him with the misdemeanor offense of battery, and count three charges him with the misdemeanor offense of battery. All three alleged crimes are said to have occurred on or about December 9, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Michael Eugene Stout, of 278 Carlin Addition Road, Smithfield, WVa, is charged by the grand jury in a two count felony indictment of possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) with intent to deliver, and possession of a controlled substance (Marijuana) with intent to deliver. Both crimes are alleged to have occurred on or about September 12, 2022 in Wetzel County.

Charles Edward Schmalz, of 191 North State Route 2, New Martinsville, WVa, is charged by the Wetzel County Grand Jury in a 17 count felony indictment with six counts of use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor, and 11 counts of soliciting a minor via computer. All 17 counts are alleged to have occurred between November 12, 2022 and November 17, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Alissa Marie West, of 1103 James Street, New Martinsville, WVa, was handed down a six count felony indictment from the Wetzel County Grand Jury, charging her with the crimes of Child neglect causing serious bodily injury x 2, gross child neglect creating risk of death or serious bodily injury x 3, and child neglect causing bodily injury. All alleged crimes are said to have occurred between August 1, 2022, and October 4, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Jason Alan Williams, of 1298 Wise Acres Road, New Martinsville, WVa, is charged in an eight count felony indictment handed down by the Wetzel County Grand Jury. He is charged in all eight counts with wanton endangerment involving a firearm. The alleged crimes are said to have occurred between October 26, 2022 and October 27, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Lloyd Eugene Shreve, of 3884 Buffalo Road, Jacksonburg, WVa, is charged in a two count felony indictment by the Wetzel County Grand Jury with wnaton endangerment involving a firearm. Both crimes are alleged to have been committed on or about September 28, 2022, in Wetzel County.

Michael James Smith, of 624 North 4th Ave., Paden City, WVa, is charged by the Wetzel County Grand Jury in a one count felony indictment with third offense shoplifting. The crime is alleged to have been committed on or about July 29, 2022, in Wetzel County.

In a seperate five count indictment Smith is charged with three felony counts of child neglect creating risk of injury and two misdemeanor counts of Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and driving while license suspended or revoked. All five crimes are alleged to have occurred on or about August 17, 2022, in Wetzel County.
