Cameron the number five ranked team in Class A in West Virginia had its hands full in Pine Grove against the Lumberjacks on Monday April 5, but ended up going home with a 55-43 victory.

Cameron held a slim one point advantage at the half and stretched the lead to four after three periods with the Lumberjacks still in striking distance.

However the Dragons went on a 17-7 run in the last frame to get the win.

Leading the way for the home team Lumberjacks was Walker Bassett with 10 points. Isaiah Bassett hit for seven points to back him up, followed by Logan Bassett, Tommy Shannon and Gavin Streets with six markers each.

Beau Wyatt hit for five markers and Brigg Anderson hit a three pointer for his points.

Cameron had the games high scorer in Beresford with 18, while Hartley canned 13 to back him up in double figures.

The Dragons hit 20 field goals including one 3-ball, and made good on 14-17 from the free throw line.

The Lumberjacks hit 18 field goals including four 3-pointers, but converted only 3-10 from the line.
