Third Annual Ohio Valley Girl’s Golf Tournament

Magnolia’s Faith Yoho shot a 96, one shot from earning All-Tourney honors in her first appearance in the 3rd annual OV Girls Golf Tournament Sept. 16 in the Individual Competition at the Sardis Fairway River Links.

John Marshall placed first in the team division with a 384, while the River Pilots finished second with 414-points. St Clairsville (419) and Edison (432) was third and fourth, respectively.

Ella Keffer of Fort Frye took top individual honors with a 79 earned medalist, while St Clairsville’s Brooke Chamberlain (84), Shadyside’s Grace Green (91), John Marshall’s Laikyn Parker (92) and Lauren Tekely (94), and Barnesville’s Breanna Fllod (95) rounded out the All-Tourniment Team.

The Pilots Kiera Saksa shot a 98, Autumn Ensinger a 99, Sierra Littleton 106, Brielle Grimes 111 and Lacee Smith a 135. In the 9-hole Novice Division Tournament, the Blue Eagles Kelsey Litman was medalist with a 47, while Toronto’s Abby Cronin was runner-up with a 49.
