Magnolia’s Mark Winters was named to the first team West Virginia Class-AA boys’ all-state basketball team, while Jayson Keller and Stephen Rogalski received honorable mentions. Tyler Consolidated’s Dylan Romine and Kennedy Cain of Paden City High School also were awarded honorable mention.

Winters led in the double-double category with an average of 23 points and 10 rebounds per game.All-state teams are selected by the West Virginia Sports Writers Association, which made the announcement last Wednesday.
