Cody Cline won for the third time this year with a 276-207 victory over last week’s winner, Dave Johnson, to win this week’s match play. The victory was worth $75, compliments of weekly sponsor Power Country 99.5.

Gary Isner was the two-game high qualifier with games of 232, 213 and a 46 handicap for a 454 total. Cline edged Sean Sawyers, 232-213, in one semifinal, while Johnson eliminated Dud Snider, 222-199, in the other semifinal. Tournament sponsors Miller Lite and Buddy Light Accounting guarantee the grand finale top prize of $1,000. The top 24 bowlers on the point list qualify for the 34th annual match play final, with the top eight bowlers each earning a first-round bye.

Chet Richmond continues to lead the point list lead with 415 points, while Lil Miller and Johnson round out the top three with 350 and 320 points, respectively.
