After winning the Class AA Golf Championship, the River Pilots brought home the Ohio Valley Golf League Championship, beating Class AAA power St. Clairsville by three strokes, 312-315. Magnolia finished in a tie with Shadyside for sixth place with 353 points in the 10-team league.

Zach Wax was the tournament medalist, while teammates Samantha Knowlton and Austin Curtis earned all-tournament honors.

Wax shot a sizzling 75, while Curtis and Knowlton both scored a 78. Teammates Jesse Merckle and Aaron Goddard shot an 81 and 90, respectively, for the Pilots.

Drew Simmons and Garrett Emch each tallied an 82 to lead the Blue Eagles, while

Lindsay Dieffenbauch and Luke Dieffenbauch shot a 94 and 95, respectively. Tyler Myers finished the scoring for Magnolia with a 97.
