The River High School Boys’ Freshman Team traveled to Caldwell to play county rival Monroe Central for the 2010 PVC championship on Feb. 24. The young Pilots earned their spot in the championship game by knocking off Shenandoah, 53-47. They then disposed of Monroe Central in a well-played contest, 55-45.
