All-State, All-Valley, And All Mason-Dixon Awards Detailed

The 12-1 Magnolia Blue Eagles have had five players selected First Team choices in OVAC Class AAA. They are Jared Blatt, Dillon Jackson, Stingray Bates, Traeh Keller, and Justin Fox, while Matt Riggs, Andy Huggins, and Davey Howell made Honorable Mention.

In Class A, Paden City High School’s Malakai Anderson and Josh Bennett earned First Team selections, while Taylor Stll and Michael Greathouse were named Honorable Mention.

Cody Scott from Valley High School was selected for First Team All-OVAC in Class A, while the Lumberjacks’ Billy Streets and Bradley Mason were selected for Honorable Mention.

In Class AA, River Pilot Dylan Potts earned First Team honors, while Troy Haslam and Tyler Jeffers received OVAC All-Conference Honorable Mention choices.

In the Mason-Dixon Conference, Zach Phillips of Hundred and Wildcats Malakai Anderson, Josh Bennett, and Taylor Still made First Team, while Keith Hardbarger, Michael Greathouse, and Mitchell Stewart placed Honorable Mention.

At Valley High School, Cody Scott, Matthew Poling, and Justin Carter were selected on the Mason-Dixon First Team, while teammates Dustin Bickerstaff, Bradley Mason, and Josh Hornbeck were Honorable Mention choices.

At Hundred, Hornet Zach Phillips was named to the First Team, while Logan McDiffitt, Zach Watson, and Raymond Yoho were selected as Honorable Mention selections.

In West Virginia All State Class AA, Magnolia had several representatives chosen. On First Team offense, it was Matt Riggs, while Traeh Keller and Justin Fox were selected to the First Team defense.

On the second team offense, it was Blue Eagle Jared Blatt, while Stingray Bates secured a position on the second team defense.

Special mention selections went to Andy Huggins and Dillon Jackson, while Davey Howell and Cole Mullett were selected for the Special Mention All-State Team.
