FSU To Hold Softball Camp
Fairmont State University will hold a softball summer camp from Sunday, June 14 to Thursday, June 18 for girls who are in or will be in grades 7-12 as of spring 2009.
The camp’s objective is to provide quality instruction for all skill levels in a competitive and fun setting; improve skills and techniques; increase knowledge of team systems; and to teach various offensive and defensive strategies.
Double-occupancy housing will be in FSU dorms centrally located near the dining hall and athletic facilities and every attempt will be made to assign requested roommates.
Cost of the camp is $285 for overnight campers or $225 for extended day campers, 8 a.m.-8 p.m., and includes three meals per day, instruction, facility fees and camp t-shirt.
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due with registration and a $10 discount for registrations received by May 1.
