Mackenzie Simpkins on the Mound for the Lady Cats.

The Paden City Lady Wildcats fell behind 12-0 after the first inning and were not able to get back in the game as they fell to visiting Bridgeport, Ohio 21-0 in a mercy rule three inning game on March 31.

The Lady Cats bats were silent as they were not able to manage a hit against Bridgeport pitching. Pitching was the downfall for the Cats as three different pitchers combined to walk 18 Lady Bulldogs.

Mackenzie Simpkins took the loss for the Wildcats. Paden City will hope April begins better when they travel to Beallsville on April 2.
