Kim Burch leads the offense vs. WCC.

Playing shorthanded without point guard Katie Householder the Lady Wildcats found the going tough against Wood Co Christian on January 31 in Paden City.

Falling behind 15-2 after the first period and trailing 24-8 at halftime proved too much to overcome for the Lady Cats. The third period saw the Cats battle back, outscoring WCC 10-7 but a four point fourth quarter by the Lady Wildcats led to the defeat.

Paden City was led by Ashton Wade with 14 points followed by Kim Burch with eight. Ava Dunn led Wood Co Christian with a game high 24 points. The Lady Wildcats will next be at home against Heritage Christian on February 4 at 6:00 PM
