Lady Wildcats Fall on the Road
The Paden City Lady Wildcats fell on the road at Wood County Christian by the score of 50-19. Paden City fell behind early and were not able to muster any offense in the defeat. Trailing only by one after the first quarter, Wood County Christian went on to outscore the Lady Wildcats by 11 points in the second quarter to lead 20-8 at halftime. The second half was not much better for the Cats as they would only score four points in the third and seven in the fourth. Only two Wildcats managed to hit the scoring column with Katie Householder leading the way with 12 points. Ashton Wade would score seven points. Next up for the Wildcats is a home contest against Madonna on January 21st.
