Ohio Hunter Education

Course Offered

An Ohio Hunter Education Course will be held on March 28-29 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday and from 1-5 p.m. on Sunday.The class will be held at the Broken Timber Outdoor Education Center, located at the Hannibal Industrial Park, Ohio Rt. 7, Hannibal. The class size is limited to 25. Please call 304-398-4240 to register for this class.

Included in the training will be basic gun safety, information about the different types of firearms and ammunition, archery, wildlife management, shooting, person safety and survival, game care, and hunter responsibility. This course is open to the public.

WV Hunter Education

Course Offered

A West Virginia Hunter Education Course will be held on March 21 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and on March 22, from 1-5 p.m. in the Alma Fire Hall. Each student must bring proof of identification.

Included in the training will be basic gun safety, information about the different types of firearms and ammunition, archery, wildlife management, shooting, personal safety and survival, game care, and hunter responsibility.

Advanced sale tickets for Magnolia vs St. Marys Class-A Regional Basketball Co-Championship on Thursday, March 12, will be available for purchase in the Magnolia High School Office on Wednesday, March 11 from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m., and Thursday, March 12 from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

Tickets will be $5 for students and $7 for adults. All tickets at the gate will be $7. Only WVSSAC passes are accepted.
