Fischerkeller Defeats Mike Ware Jr. In Finals

Chuck Fischerkeller III became this year’s first two-time champion with a thrilling 213-211 victory over Mike Ware Jr. The win was worth $50, compliments of this week’s sponsor Yuengling Lager. Brent Conaway was the two-game high qualifier with games of 268 and 250 for a 518 total.

Fischerkeller defeated Jessica Renegar, 246-180 in one semi final, while Ware eliminated Jordan Longwell, 256-200 in the other semi-final.

Fischerkeller’s win moved him into the lead in the Point List race with 200 points, while Dave Johnson (145), Gary Isner (135) and Ed Binni (130) round out the top four. The top 24 on the list qualify for the 37th Annual Grande Finale, where the champion will win $1,000, based on entries. J.C. Mensore Distributing and Yuengling Lager are this year’s major sponsors.
