American Wrestling Alliance Coming To Paden City April 5

By Staff | Mar 26, 2014

The American Pro Wrestling Alliance will be coming to the Matthew Barker Complex in Paden City on April 5 at 7 p.m.

The APWA will have at least five matches. Admission will be $5 per person and children five and under will be free. There will be concessions sold at the event. Proceeds will benefit the Zachary Taylor Trust Fund.

The burial trust set up by Zachary Taylor has gone on to help three families since Zach’s passing, to avoid the heavy financial burden of burying their children. Zach’s family would like to see the fund to continue to grow and to be helpful to other families, should the need arise. It is their dream for no one to ever need the fund again, but reality tells them differently.

Donald West, coordinator for the APWA, is excited about bringing their entertainment to Wetzel County. The five matches will include women’s, tag team, junior weight, heavy weight, and main event. You can check them out by liking them on Facebook at American Pro Wrestling Alliance. Check out some of the possible talent that could be at the show. Videos are on youtube under apwawrestlingusa.

Anyone not able to attend this wrestling match, but who wants to make a donation, may do so by stopping by any WesBanco bank and make a deposit into the Zachary Taylor Irrevocable Trust.
