Yeager Wins First Ohio Valley Match Play Event Of Season
Jay Yeager won his first weekly match play event of the year with a 215-193 victory over Sean Sawyers. The victory was worth $50 compliments of this weeks weekly sponsor Park Car Wash and Laundromat.
Brandon Longwell was the two game high qualifier with games of 202, 250 and 52 handicap for a 504 total.
Jay Yeager eliminated Nathan Anderson, 241-217 in one semifinal, while Sawyers, defeated Helen Agar, 237-207 in the other semifinal match.
Brandon Longwell leads the point list with 510 points, while O’Neil Jr. is second with 390 points. Pritsch is third with 330 points, while Dave Johnson rounds out the top four with 285 points.
The top 24 bowlers on the point list qualify for the 36th annual Ohio Valley Match Play finale where the champion will earn $1,000 top prize based on entries.
