Brent Conaway became the first two-time champion this year with a 238-181 victory over Richard Allen. Conaway earned $50 for his victory, compliments of this week’s sponsor J&T Paving and Excavation.

Chuck Fischerkeller III was the two-game high qualifier with games of 268 and 222 for a 490 total. Conaway edged Fischerkeller 193-182 in one semifinal, while Allen eliminated Dave Johnson 238-199 in the other semi.

With the victory, Conaway took over the point list lead with 225 points, while Bill Pritsch (170); Dave Hull (140); and Ron O’Neil Jr. (130) round out the top four. The top 24 on the point list qualify for the 36th annual Grand Finale, where the champion will earn $1,000 based on entries.
