Vipers End Travel League Undefeated

The Ohio Valley Vipers 14u Travel Baseball Team recently completed its 2013 season with a 34-10 overall record, finishing an undefeated 15-0 mark in the Marietta, Ohio Travel League.

The team also claimed the West Virginia USSSA State Tournament Championship at Parkersburg South/Williamstown H.S. by defeating the WV Bandits and Nitro/Charleston in the finals. The Vipers garnered a #1 overall seed in Athens, Ohio, before dropping a game on the final day. The squad finished fifth overall at the Triple Crown Tourney, where teams from six states competed, and in the Bracket Bash in Bridgeport, W.Va.

The Vipers thank their sponsors and parents for making 2013 a successful season.
