Rogalski To Play Football And Track At WV Wesleyan

Magnolia High School senior Stephen Rogalski will continue his track, football ,and academic pursuits at West Virginia Wesleyan University following his graduation this year.

Rogalski was a four-year letterman in both track and football, where he holds the title as all-time school leader as a receiver. He also holds the school record for most yardage with 3,646 yards; 193 catches; and 31 TD catches.

In track, Rogalski holds the school record in the 400 meter dash and was on the state championship 4×200 and 4×400 meter relay team his sophomore and junior years; and team championship his sophomore year.

He was a member of the All-State and All-Valley track teams and on the OVAC First Team. His best time in the 100 meter dash is 10.6. His record for the 200 meter dash is 22.5 and 49.06 in the 400 meter dash.

In other school activities, He was a member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta mathematic honorary, Drug Free Club of America, a Rotary Student of the Month, and a Peer Tutor all four years.

A member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, Rogalski participated in the Cross-Walk for two years and, in 2010, went on a mission trip to Honduras.
