Bull Marling become the 13th different weekly champion in 20 weeks by defeating Brent Conaway 246-168. Marling won $75, compliments of this week’s sponsor, The Flower Basket & Gift Shop.

Sean Sawyers was the two-game high qualifier with games of 249-224-52 handicap for a 525 total. Marling eliminated Dave Johnson 242-196 in one semi-final while Conaway defeated Chet Richmond 235-117 in the other semi.

Johnson continues to lead the point list with 700 while Ron O’ Neil Jr., 515, and John Leek Jr., 480, round out the top three. The top 24 on the point list qualify for the 35th annual grand finale with the top eight earning a first-round bye.

Miller Lite, Capitol Beverage, and Buddy Light Accounting & Tax Services are once again tournament sponsors. The Grand Finale Champion is slated to win $1,000, based on entries.
