The ‘Cats Myah Charkawi scored 14 points, but it wasn’t enough to get by Bishop Donahue, who won 49-22 Jan. 22 in McMechen.

After holding the Lady Wildcats to three points in the opening period, the Lady Bishops held the Paden City girls to a deuce in the second period and went into intermission up 20-5.

Paden City scored a dozen markers in the third period before cashing in only five tallies in the final stanza, while Bishop Donahue netted 29 points in the second half of action. Taylor Cosper, Kelsey Loy, Logan Cosper, and Hannah Stanley combined to score the Wildcats’ final nine points.
