The Lumberjills defeated Fairmont Senior 25-21, 16-25, and 25-19 and Notre Dame, 17-25, 25-14, and 25-16 in a tri-match in Clarksburg Oct. 10.

Jessica Ashcraft tallied a game-high 27-points, 15 aces, eight dinks, and 61 sets, while Justine Miller added 25 points with three aces to help the Lady ‘Jills in their two-match victories.

Sarah Bassett contributed 24 points, seven aces, and made eight dinks, three spikes. and three blocks, while Brittany Sivert tacked on 20 points, eight service aces, four attacks, five dinks, and one dig.

In addition, Brittany Haught netted 19 points, five aces, six spikes, two sets, and one dink, while Ali Haught helped out with 14 points, one ace, seven attacks, nine sets, and rejected nine at the net for blocks. Bre Harris came off the bench to contribute two points, with one being a service ace.
