Ashley Malee Adkins and Sean Martin Staley were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. on May 19 at The Lawrencefield Bed and Breakfast in Wheeling, W.Va, with Reverend Adrian Cowgill, great-uncle of the bride, officiating the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Jerry and Joan Adkins of New Martinsville. Her grandparents are Madeline and the late Gerald Adkins of New Martinsville and Janet and the late Roger Deaton of Friendly.
Parents of the groom are John Staley and Judy Moellendick of New Martinsville. His grandparents are Bernard and Nancy Staley and Phyllis and the late Edwin Wade, all of New Martinsville.

Beth Elkins and Amy Browning, cousins of the bride, were matrons of honor. Derek Staley, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Bridesmaids were Cara Hale, friend of the bride, and Erica Leasure, cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Lion Siffrin and Cory Scheibelhood, friends of the groom, and Trent Adkins, brother of the bride. The ring bearer was Luke Deaton, cousin of the bride, and the flower girls were Lydia Staley, cousin of the groom, and Madison Link, cousin of the bride.
A dinner and dance reception was held at the McLure Hotel in Wheeling.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Magnolia High School and 2010 graduate of Marshall University. The groom is a 2007 graduate of Magnolia High School and a 2011 graduate of Marshall University. He is employed with Jive Software, Inc.
The couple resides in Portland, Ore. and plans to take a road trip to San Francisco, Calif., this fall.
