I am asking for your help.

FEMA has passed a new policy raising the cost of flood insurance. Everyone living in a flood area will be required to pay this when they purchase a new home or business.

An agency just informed me they sold a house where the owner was paying $600 a year insurance, and the new owner will be paying $4,100 a year. This will make it very difficult to sell property here or for people selling real estate to make a living.
