The free Thanksgiving dinner that was given at the New Martinsville United Methodist Church on Thanksgiving Day was the effort of several community churches and those that attend those churches. We would like to say a great big thank you to everyone that helped with the dinner. Much time and effort was given by many folks from the different churches. The church was truly being the church in that we all united together for one cause and that cause was extending Jesus love to all by giving a wonderful turkey dinner and extending some warm fellowship to all that came. We hope to do this again next Thanksgiving. Watch for the announcements and plan on joining us for this great time of food and fellowship.
