The American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Marshall County would like to sincerely thank Mr. Robert Orndorff Jr. and all other employees of Dominion Resources Inc. for once again taking part in our efforts to fund research and programs to help those who have been touched by cancer.

For the second year in a row, Dominion Resources Inc. has joined in as a corporate partner for the Marshall County Event and together with our volunteers and others we have been able to raise almost $200,000 over the last two years, in our fight to find a cure. Corporate sponsors are valued partners and Mr. Orndorff, along with all of those at Dominion Resources Inc., are an example of what it means to give back to the community in a way that will help to ensure a bright future for all of those who live in the Ohio Valley for generations to come.

As you go about your daily business, if you happen upon Mr. Orndorff or one of his associates from Dominion, please take the time to thank them for joining with us to help those people who have been touched by cancer, whether it is a patient, a family member, a friend, or a coworker. We have all been touched by this disease in some way. We want to make the words “You have cancer,” a thing of the past, and with the help of people like this, that day will come.
