Dear Editor,

I have read the Wetzel Chronicle for years and have noticed that often the front page is filled with court news, pictures of criminals, etc.

This does not give a good impression of our community. Why not put community event pictures, school awards, etc. on the front page and put the criminals on the inside pages?

The Wetzel County Chamber of Commerce is working very hard to draw tourists and trade to this area. Placing good news on the front page of our local paper would certainly help improve our image.
