To The Editor,

This is an appeal to all citizens of W.Va. and Ohio who are 55 and older to come join us at the Wetzel County Senior Center on Paducah Drive, near the Wetzel County Hospital. We meet every third Thursday of the month. The next meeting is Feb. 21, 10 a.m. At this time, we will set up chairs, make coffee and tea, pull out cards, and play Bingo for one hour. This is free. We then have a short business meeting, devotions, and flag allegiance. We then have dinner. The meat is furnished by the center. We ask everyone to bring a covered dish or dessert of their choice. There are no dues. Everything is free, table settings included.

Just come in, sign up, say “hi,” and sit down. You are now a member. We sit around and shoot the breeze between Bingo and dinner and thereafter. We tell jokes, share tales, recipes, and good times as well. Come share your love with us. Love is a great cure. We ask all over 55 to come join us, and bring a friend or two with you.
