From Rosy Cozart
We would love to thank all those who contributed to the spaghetti dinner and auction for the Wetzel County Animal Shelter on Dec. 8 and all those who attended and purchased items at the event! The event was a great success, making approximately $3,590 for the care of the homeless, unwanted this winter.
First we would like to thank those who helped by collecting items and helping the night of the event: Connie Yeager, Debra King, Kathy Sulsberger, Kim Hoskins, Melissa Dinger, Pam Ferrell, Susan Fair, Helen Bennet, Scott and Cindy Richter, Rebecca Loy, Joan Frye, Damien and Patty Baker, Jim and Karen Shreeves, Dave “Young” Warneke, Nina Petry, Nancy Springer, Misty Keener, Christy Weaver, and Nancy Dorsch.
We would also like to thank Cozart Auctions (Terry Cozart, Russell Hall, Terrell Shaffer, and Billy Morris) for donating their services, and the County Commission for donating the Mollohan Center.
If we have missed anyone in this letter, please let us know as so many gave, it is easy to miss a name in the letter.
