Hurricane Sandy!

Was 9/11 a warning, a warning to return back to God? Was it punishment for removing God from America? No God did not create the disaster, but He was removed from the scene, and the enemy brought it into reality. At the same time if we open our eyes we can see the hand of God in the lives of many during and after 9/11.

What were the results the next day and a short time after 9/11? Where was the ACLU, nowhere to be found, the churches were packed, you could hear the name of God and Jesus, everywhere, on TV, on the steps of the nation, everywhere people were praying for comfort, guidance, and peace.

Than almost as quick, it was back to business as usual. The ACLU, minorities, atheists, and every other sort of people and organizations were suing to have every symbol, every sign, every word of the Bible and the Christian Faith removed from our country, including God, himself.

Did Sandy provide God another impunity to warn America to come back to him? Did He use the evil force and destruction of Sandy to try to show us our need to return to Him, in the same way that He did with the plagues in Egypt to force the release of the Israelites?

Isn’t it time that we return to the God that our forefathers fought and died for, the right to worship Him, and our rights as Christians (followers of Christ) as well as the foundation the America (USA) was built on!

It is time for America to stop bowing our knees to the evil of this world and bow to the living God and His Son, Jesus. It is time to be obedient to 2 Chronicles 7:14. “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
