Like snow or not, it’s here. And it will be gone before you know it. It might return, it might not. That’s winter in West Virginia. If you’ve lived here long, you’ve surely gotten accustomed to it by now.

Yet still it seems residents of our area always have some sort of comment on the weather — too much snow, not enough, too humid, too cool. One thing’s for sure, if you wait a little while the weather will change. It is more certain that the groundhog seeing its shadow on Feb. 2. Trust us, spring will come when it’s good and ready. Be patient and enjoy the snow while it’s here.
