Larry Richard Hafer

Larry Richard Hafer, 72, of New Martinsville, WV passed away Friday January 30, 2026, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

He was born March 12, 1953, in New Martinsville, the son of the late Richard Hafer and Roxie Yost.

Larry was a retired chemical worker in the chlorine department of PPG Industries. He was an avid billiards player and enjoyed playing cards with friends at Barista’s Café and Pub.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of fifteen years, Beth Richeson Hafer; and a sister, Annette Martin Hafer.

He is survived by his son, Michael (Gisette Ricardo) Hafer of Panama City, Florida; a grandson, Kelton Hafer; a cousin, Jane Hafer of New Martinsville; and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
