Ralph Jobe Howell

Ralph Jobe Howell, 84, of Paden City, WV left this world on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 while at Wetzel County Hospital.

Ralph was born January 4, 1941, in New Martinsville, WV son of the late Ralph J. and Julia M. (Burrey) Howell, Sr.

He was a retired glass worker having worked for Viking, Fostoria and Fenton. Ralph enjoyed farming, hunting and fishing and was a member of Paden City Wesleyan Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Georganna (Durst) Howell; sister, Ida Jane Tenly and two grandsons, Michael Paul Howell and Jacob Daniel Cain.

Surviving is his second wife, Betty Lou (Billiter) Howell; three children, Beverly (Jeffrey) Sidell of New Martinsville, WV, Rebecca Cain of Sistersville, WV and Darrell (Heather) Billiter of New Matamoras, OH; three grandchildren, Renee (Kris) Beaver of Sistersville, WV, Jessica (Jason) Wyke of South Carolina and Telise Billiter of New Matamoras, OH; two great grandchildren, Abigail and Aubrie and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 4-7 p.m., Friday, May 30, 2025 at the Jarvis Williams Funeral Home in Paden City where service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, May 31, 2025.
