John Lewis Renner II

John Lewis Renner II age 67, of New Martinsville, WV passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV.

He was born on October 14, 1957, in New Martinsville, WV, the son of John Lewis Renner and late June Carmichael Renner.

John was a retired pipefitter from Local #83 Pipefitter Union. He was a member of the Valley Church in Paden City, WV. John was actively involved in his community as a member of Wetzel County Lodge #39 AF & AM and New Martinsville Moose Lodge #931.

He is survived by two sons, Ryan (Mackinsey) Renner and Jon Renner both of New Martinsville; his father John Lewis Renner of Friendly, WV; brother Dave (Patty) Renner of Rock Hill, SC; 6 grandchildren, Mikalyn, Brady, Olivia, Finley, Kambry and Lillian; niece and nephew Timothy and Hope.

The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Liza’s Place for their compassionate care and support.

The family will celebrate John’s life privately at their convenience. Arrangements have been entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, New Martinsville, WV.
