Diana Jean McDiffitt

Diana Jean McDiffitt, 53, of Reader, WV left this world on Thursday, April 17, 2025 while at her home.

Diana was born March 26, 1972, in New Martinsville, WV daughter of the late Cecil E. and Avis R. (Bucher) McDiffitt.

She was a secretary by trade, a 1990 graduate of Valley High School. Diana enjoyed gardening, crafting and reading. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Reader, WV.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, whom she loved dearly, Ariel Bradley.

Surviving are two sisters, Karen (Jim) Dulaney of Pine Grove, WV and Janet (Jay) Slider of Paden City, WV; two brothers, Tim (Tammy) McDiffitt of Porters Falls, WV and Mike McDiffitt of New Martinsville, WV and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Diana will be laid to rest with her daughter in the Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Hastings, WV.
