Bertha Jane Barth

Bertha Jane Barth, 85, of Hundred passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at the Waynesburg Health and Rehab Center. She was born February 23, 1940 in Lumberport, WV a daughter of the late Okey and Maudie Bragg Crim. Bertha was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Barth.

She was a member of the Church of Christ in Sancho. For many years, Bertha was a beautician and operated at a beauty shop in Hundred and later, her home.

Bertha is survived by her children, Teresa (Joe) Lewis of VA; Dianna Lynn (Jamie) Ragland of MD; Jay (Michelle) Barth of Las Vegas; and Rhonda (Louis) Botello of AL; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sisters, Genevieve Stout of Hundred; and Lou Ellen Allison (Sam) of Hundred; her brother, Lester Crim of SC; daughter-in-law, Lori Berdovich; her sister-in-law, Ceil Crim; her niece, Debbie Ray and her good friend, Betty Keaton, who took care of Bertha; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Bertha was preceded in death by her son, Pete Berdovich; her grandson, Wyatt; her sister, Shirley Starsick and her husband Johnny; her brother, Duane Crim; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Stout and James Allison.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Wishing Well Assisted Living, Waynesburg Health and Rehab; and WVU Hospice for their excellent care.
