Everett Gordon Haught, 80, of Reader,

WV took the next step

on his journey on

Monday, March 31,

2025 while at his

home.

Gordon was born

September 25, 1944,

in New Martinsville,

WV son of the late

James W. and Onda

(South) Haught.

He was a retired

maintenance worker

for Corning Glass and

a U.S. Army veteran.

He enjoyed hunting

and was a member of

the Church of Christ.

In addition to his

parents, he was preceded in death by his

siblings, James

Frank Haught, Roxie

Bucher, Dave Haught,

Bob Haught, Doris

Suzie Haught and

Wilda Williams.

Surviving are his

daughters, Consuelo

(Stephen Burek) Eddy

of Reader, WV and

Victoria (Mark)

Crampton of Montana;

son, Bill Joe Haught

of Reader, WV;

step-son, Gene (MyaMcBee) Bassett;

grandchildren, Tameka

Thomas, Austin (Rikki) Eddy, Austin (Hayley) Bassett, Mary

(Daniel) Eddy, Justin

Bassett, Devin Haught,

Adrien Crampton;

great grandchildren,

Aaliyah Thomas, Gabe

Thomas, Gatlin Pankonien, Nugget

Crampton, Corey

Yoho, Matthew

Bassett, Henslee Yoho,

Kimber Bassett, mason

Eddy, Hudson Eddy

and arriving in September is Madison; siblings, Carl Haught

and Tom Haught of

Reader, WV and

several nieces,

nephews and cousins.

4, 2025 at the Williams Funeral Home,

Pine Grove where services will be held 11

a.m., Saturday, April

5, 2025. Burial to follow in the Garrett

Cemetery near Reader,

WV where military

rites will be conducted.
