Bobbin Pardine
Bobbin Pardine, 63,
of Friendly, WV,
passed away March
29, 2025. She passed
in her happy place out
at the family farm in
Shiloh, WV.
She was born October 26, 1961, in Sistersville, WV, a
daughter of the late
Eugene John Carr and
Grace Louise Wells
Carr.
Bobbin graduated
from Sistersville High
School as part of the
Class of 1979, worked
in banking her entire
life starting with First
Federal Savings &
Loan and ending with
Union Bank when she
retired in 2022. Aside
from spending time
with her family, Mom
found peace
birdwatching, gardening, and at the beach.
Her other hobbies included traveling, arts
& crafts, researching
local WV history, and
working on and planning projects for the
farm. A natural selfless
caregiver, she loved
being of service and
actively gave back to
the local communities
in various ways. An
authentic personality,
she had a natural
bright energy & was a
contagious spirit to be
around. Disarmingly
charming, she had an
infectious smile, laugh,
and sincere love for
everyone she met. The
world was a brighter
place with her in it,
and she will be dearly
missed by many.
She is survived by
her son, Daron (Rachel
Adams) Pardine of St.
Petersburg, FL;
daughter, Amanda
(Matt) Kendle &
granddaughter, Grace
Kendle of Colfax, NC;
ex-husband and friend,
Buddy Pardine; brother, Jim (Anita) Carr of
Middlebourne, WV;
sisters, Sara (Roger)
Hall of St. Mary’s,
WV, Anna (Mike)
Cooper of Middlebourne, WV and Rebecca (Cliff) Boone of

Steve Hill; bonus kids,
Erin Mann, Kevin
(Jamie) Hill, Ryan
Hill, and bonus
grandchildren, Avery
Mann, Carter Mann,
Mason Mann, Reagan
Hill and Bennett Hill;
and many cousins,
nieces, and nephews
too numerous to mention here.
In addition to her
parents, she was preceded in death by her
sister, Mary Carr
Stewart.
