Myra Jane Meko

Myra Jane Meko (Goodhart) age 62 of Paden City, WV. Died January 7, 2025 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, after a long illness and her battle with MS. She was from Barnesville, Oh. She’s preceded in death along with her father Cecil Goodhart. She’s survived by her loving husband Dennis Meko, children Amy Meko, Nicholas Meko and Hannah Meko. Along with her Mother Arletta Talbot, Step Father Ian Talbot, Sister Christine Cantillon (husband Dave and son Ben), and her grandchildren.

She was a faithful Christian of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was an accountant, she graduated from Belmont Community College. She made sure everyone had food when they came to visit,and was an amazing cook. Even with her health issues she made sure to send cards to friends and family as encouragement. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, friend and homeschool teacher. Her favorite hobbies was talking about the Bible, crocheting, gardening and watching the

birds while in her rocking chair.

Memorial Services on February 1, 2025 at 2pm at the Paden City Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
