Victor Leroy Hartline

Victor Leroy Hartline, 70, of Sistersville, passed away December 30, 2024.

He was born February 27, 1954, in Sistersville, a son of

Charles and Creola

Wright Hartline.

Victor enjoyed riding motorcycles and

being outdoors, listening to music, and

spending time with his

family, especially his

grandchildren.

He is survived by his

loving wife of nineteen

years, Betty Hartline;

seven children, Belinda Hartline (William),

Latisha Harline,

Arthur Peck (Tonya),

Nancy Otto (Daniel),

Joshua Otto

(Jonathan), Heather

Otto, and Matthew

Otto (Casandra);

several grandchildren

brother, Roger Buck

Wheat Hartline; and

many nieces and

nephews.

Memorial Service

will be conducted 1:00

p.m., Sunday, January

5, 2025, at the Sistersville Volunteer Fire

Department, 121 Maple Lane, Sistersville.
