Nancy Grace Ruscelli Moul

It is with deep sadness that we announce

the passing of Nancy

Grace Ruscelli Moul,

age 77, of New Martinsville, West Virginia. Nancy was born

at Cornwall Hospital

on March 8, 1947.

She requested no services be held. Nancy

was cremated and will

be buried beside her

husband, Donald

Moul, in Middletown,

NY. A Celebration of

Life was held at her

home in West Virginia

on November 16,

2024, honoring her 40

years of life in New

Martinsville.

Nancy graduated

from James I. O’Neil

High School, earned

her Associate Degree

from OCCC, and went

on to receive a

Master’s Degree in Social Work from Stony

Brook University. She

dedicated many years

to serving others as a

Social Worker and

Director at the New

Martinsville Workshop

for the Handicapped in

Wetzel County.

Nancy was preceded

in death by her

parents, Sam and Stella Ruscelli; her brother, Sam Jr.; her sister,

Lorraine; and her husband, Donald Moul.

She is survived by her

sister, Diane;

brothers-in-law, Brian

Moul and John Moul;

and her sister-in-law,

Barbara Moul.

Burial will be held

privately at a later

date.
