passed away Tuesday,

December 24, 2024 at

his home. Born in

Bens Run, WV, on

March 25, 1936, he

was the son of the late

Oliver Tru man Kemp

and Laves ta Hooper

Kemp. Bob was a graduate of Sistersville

High School class of

1955, part of the Labors Union Local

1085 for 57 years, and

enjoyed fishing.

Bob is survived by

one daughter, Teresea

Winland (Samuel); one

son, Robert Kemp Jr.;

two sisters, Yvonne

Starkey and Linda

Snodgrass; and several

nieces, nephews, and

brother-in-laws.

He was preceded in

death by his parents;

two sisters, Juanita

Fagert and Wilma June

Holmes; two brothers,

Kenneth O Kemp and

Orville Kemp; and an

infant nephew.

December 31, 2024 at

Ingram Funeral Home,

St. Marys, WV with

Doug Renner officiating. Friends may call
