Frank John Kanz

Frank John Kanz, age 79, of New Martinsville, WV, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Ruby Memorial Hospital Morgantown, WV.

He was born April 15, 1945, in Brooklyn, NY, a son of the late Frank and Joan August Schumacher Kanz.

He was retired from the NYPD.

Survivors include his wife, Ellen Kanz; two sons, Jonathan (Sharon) Kanz of Orangevale, CA and Timothy (Jasmine) Kanz of Middlebourne, WV; a daughter, Kristen (Ruben) Acosta of Upland, CA; and 6 grandchildren.

Per Frank’s request, no services will be held.
