After a courageous four year seven month battle with Pleural Mesothelioma, Thomas Ray Allen, 77, of Bluff City, TN, formerly of New Martinsville, WV, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2018 at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
