Buchner, J. Frances, 94, of New Martinsville, died January 19, 2013, in Wetzel County Hospital, New Martinsville.

She was born December 25, 1918, in New Martinsville, a daughter of the late Jess F. and Elizabeth Lallathin Stillwagoner.
